What to Expect on Your First Visit
On your first visit with Dr. Hansen, he will review your entire health history and symptoms and perform a physical exam. This comprehensive review of all of your body systems and symptoms will enable him to correlate this information to help determine the real underlying cause of your health condition. Symptoms are the body’s expression of it’s attempts to heal. It knows the cause of the disease and it knows how to heal itself, but gets ill because it’s healing mechanisms are either overwhelmed by physical damage, environmental toxins, autoimmunity or because it is missing the essential building blocks necessary to heal itself. Specific lab tests may also prescribed to help determine the cause of your disease and to assess your current levels of essential nutrients, hormones and important bio-markers of current and future disease.
Our goal is to listen to you, to guide you and to work together with you remove any and all factors that impede healing and to provide all of the essential nutrient co-factors that are required to support and stimulate your inherent healing mechanisms. This will allow your body to heal itself. Our ultimate goal is to enable you to take charge of your own health, correct the underlying cause of your disease, heal your current symptoms, help you prevent chronic degenerative diseases and enable you to reach your optimal level of health and vitality.

Comprehensive Health Questionnaire
Please bring the following with you to your first visit:
1)Any pertinent medical records, lab tests, etc., that you may have in your possession.
2)A list of all of your current medications along with dosage and strength (you may bring bottles with you to save time).
3)A list of all of your current nutritional and herbal supplements (you may bring bottles with you to save time).
